Three Formats, One Working Approach

Each Provenance format is built from the same foundation: a well-stated question, a considered programme, and operational delivery that does not get in the way of the content.

Our Methodology

How Every Programme Is Built

Regardless of format, every Provenance programme begins with a single question that legal practitioners in Singapore actually want to think about. That question determines who should speak, how sessions should be sequenced and what materials delegates should leave with.

From that starting point, we build a programme structure, identify and brief speakers, coordinate the operational requirements and manage the day itself. After the event, we produce the post-event materials and, where applicable, the sponsor or partner report.

The three formats below represent different scales of that same process — from a tightly contained morning briefing to a full year of coordinated events.

01

Question Setting

Developed with the organising partner or, for open delegate events, validated with practitioners before publication.

02

Programme Design

Session structure, format mix and timing built to match the scale of the event and the depth of the question.

03

Speaker Liaison

Written brief, session objectives and a pre-event preparation call with each speaker.

04

Event Delivery

On-site management, AV coordination, delegate registration and run-of-show management on the day.

05

Post-Event Record

Recap notes for delegates, partner or sponsor report, and a post-event review for ongoing programmes.

Format 01 Half-Day

Half-Day Briefing

SGD 245 per delegate

A self-organised half-day in-person briefing held in a small Singapore venue, featuring three short sessions on practice-management, technology and operations topics for legal professionals. The briefing is designed for thirty to sixty delegates, with structured networking blocks built into the programme.

Each briefing is built around a single thematic question. Tickets are sold per delegate with discounted rates for groups of three or more from the same firm. Excludes any continuing-education accreditation responsibilities.

Two-day legal industry conference

Best For

Industry associations, law firms or training providers seeking a substantial annual flagship event. Suits situations where a multi-speaker, multi-session format is needed to cover the topic with appropriate depth, and where a delegate audience of 100–250 is realistic.

Production Standards Across Every Format

Data & Privacy

Delegate registration data handled in compliance with Singapore's PDPA. Data is used solely for the event it was collected for and not retained beyond the programme year without explicit consent.

AV Standards

Technical specification prepared for each venue before site visit. Production check conducted the morning of each event. Contingency procedures documented for common technical issues.

Run-of-Show Documentation

Written run-of-show produced for every event and shared with speakers, venue staff and the client contact in advance. Updated in real time on the day of the event.

Catering & Dietary

Dietary requirements collected at registration and coordinated with the venue catering team. Final counts confirmed 72 hours before the event with a documented change management process.

Speaker Preparation

All speakers receive a written brief with session objectives and context. A pre-event preparation call is held with each speaker within two weeks of the event to review the brief and answer questions.

Post-Event Materials

Recap notes distributed to delegates within five working days. Partner or sponsor reports prepared within two weeks. All post-event materials are structured documents, not informal summaries.
